What?

Registration is now open for the upcoming Drilling for Geology 2008 conference organised by the Qld branch of The Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).

This new technical conference focuses solely on the collection and analysis of geological information from drilling. Be it grassroots exploration or mining operations, drilling is the prime method used for geological data collection and is often the biggest single cost centre for exploration and mine geology budgets.

During the first two days there will be over 20 technical presentations, headlined by seven key-note speakers with an accompanying diverse trade exhibition - now with close to 20 confirmed exhibitors.    Seven post-conference professional development workshops are confirmed to run on the third day of the conference.

Industry support has been tremendous with all gold and silver sponsorships confirmed. Some bronze sponsorship options remain as well as a few trade exhibition booths.
