Organised by the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy in collaboration with the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and fellow member societies of the Australian Geoscience Council.
Professor Iain Stewart presents "How to Grow a Planet: How Plants Changed Earth History"
This lecture is based on the recently aired BBC television series of the same name in which Scottish geologist and Professor of Geoscience Communication at Plymouth University, Iain Stewart, reveals how the greatest changes to the Earth have been driven, above all, by plants.
