Student funding for attendance to the AEGC 2018

Do you want to attend the upcoming AEGC2018 in Sydney.

If so, you could be eligible to get your registration fees to the conference reimbursed by applying to the NSW AIG.

Application for funding from AIG NSW Branch to pay for registration at the AEGC 2018

I accept the following arrangements in order to receive a grant of $150 to pay my registration at the AEGC Conference in Sydney during 18-21 February 2018.

  1. If not already an AIG student member, I will submit an online member application to join the AIG as a Student Member (no charge) to be signed off by my academic supervisor. (If the application is in progress, please advise the Application number in the form below)
  2. I agree to use the grant to cover my registration to attend the AEGC in Sydney ($150), and will provide a copy of my receipt for registration at the AEGC when it is sent to me.
  3. After the congress is over, I agree to prepare and submit a short report to the AIG (one or perhaps two A4 pages) describing my experience at the AEGC, which may be published in the newsletter AIG News.
  4. I am a resident of NSW.
