Agenda

Session 1: Research panel (Chaired by Adele Seymon, Program Director – Exploration to Mine & Sustainability, AMIRA International).
Researching to support industry’s Future Mega Challenges, research trends in these topics, especially in the fusion of science and technological advancements.

Session 2: Translating research to technology and capability for industry. (Chaired by Richard Macoun, Program Director – Mine to Metal, AMIRA International).
Linking research outcomes to industry impacts enables a focus for delivery. This session explores the inherent challenges around translating research to industry, and advances being made to secure advances in technology and capability.

Session 3: Closing Panel: Implications for Research & Development and Industry Focus (Chaired by Jacqui Coombes, CEO, AMIRA International).
This is an opportunity for an interactive discussion on actions required to meet the Mega Challenges.
