HYDROGEOLOGY in MINING – A One Day Conference

Friday 1st May 2014 – Adelaide

Hydrogeology in Mining is an AIG sponsored one day Conference with a South Australian
mining and energy resources focus.

The speakers are industry professionals drawn from mining and energy companies,
government bodies and consulting firms.

The Conference aims to provide information exchange and awareness raising among
the South Australian mining and hydrogeology communities. The Conference programme
provides talks covering a range of groundwater fields.

Who should attend?

The Conference is ideal for mining and resource industry staff, providing practical and
technical information on mine groundwater issues. The Conference will also benefit
hydrogeologists wishing to understand the issues associated with mining. The
Conference programme has been designed assuming minimal experience; however,
the majority of talks will concentrate on specific technical areas. The Conference is
suitable for all levels of experience: from new entrants to the industry to experienced
