A discussion of the Copper Hill project, NSW owned by Golden Cross Resources Ltd. At Copper Hill, a porphyritic diorite-quartz diorite-tonalite complex intrudes an andesitic protolith and locally limestone. Exploration identified one main zone of mineralization 300-m-long, 50-m-wide, and 200-m-deep. It hosts porphyry-style quartz-magnetite sheeted veins and stockwork related to an early phase of magmatic, potassic alteration. These contain chalcopyrite, pyrite, gold, and a palladium mineral merenskyite. (Golden Cross Resources WS 11/04)
