This talk will expand on the themes presented in a paper Ian published in the AIG News (Issue 135) in March 2019 which asked: ‘Does carbon dioxide drive climate change?’. Ian has been interested in meteorology since the 1960s and was involved in environmental policy making on climate change in the 1990s. He has studied this topic in depth during the last 12 months.
