This popular and well regarded forum provides a platform for the sharing of the latest information and technology in the exploration field, featuring a wide selection of highly regarded exploration industry experts. To fit with the event theme for 2019, for the first time, this forum will also include student presentations on their areas of research. After the day of presentations, a casual networking session is held for the exploration community to ‘catch-up’ with old friends and new.
Program
The event program includes a wide range of highly regarded industry, government and exploration professionals, academics and students who will share their valuable insights talking to the event theme of “Linking industry with research”.
Keynote speaker
Our keynote speaker is Professor Sue Golding. Prof Golding’s research interests are in the fields of ore deposit geology and geochemistry, application of isotope geochemistry to minerals and energy exploration, coal bed methane, carbon sequestration, geomicrobiology. Sue Golding received her PhD from The University of Queensland. She has been involved with resource exploration and isotope geochemistry research since 1977, following some 8 years industry experience in Australia and Africa.
