In this half-day course, you’ll learn how to use the powerful, free and open source Mergin Maps in combination with QGIS to streamline your data collection process:

Participants will be guided through:

  • how to prepare a field project in QGIS
  • push it to their mobile
  • capture high quality data in the field
  • sync the result back

Easily take your QGIS projects offline and use them for field data capture.


What to bring

  • A mobile device (Android/iOS/Windows) with a recent version of the Mergin Maps app
  • A laptop with a recent version of QGIS
  • A mouse with a scroll wheel is recommended
