This seminar will bring together geologists and drillers in an open forum to strengthen the partnership and provide greater mutual benefits. Presentations by geologists and drillers will cover topics of direct interest to both groups, including:

  • What constitutes a good drilling contract
  • Planning and logistics
  • Drilling and drill site management from both perspectives
  • Communication and conflict resolution
  • What geologists need to know about drilling
  • What drillers need to know about geology
  • New and emerging technology, and why both geologists and drillers need to know how this technology will impact them

 

 

Event Details

There will be indoor exhibition spaces available to allow participating companies to display their products and services to delegates.

The day will conclude with a Sundowner to provide delegates with the opportunity to mix, have further discussions and strengthen the bonds over refreshments and nibbles.
