AIG WA Biogeochemistry Seminar – June 2017

AIG WA Biogeochemistry Seminar
June 2017

This practical seminar will focus on field case studies for mineral exploration across multiple commodities including gold, base metals, uranium and rare earth elements. Get the updated per-spective from industry experts and state geological surveys. New unpublished field examples to be presented. Learn how to design and implement field trials as part of your exploration program. Get an opportunity to ask the panel about your own exploration program.

Who should attend?

This seminar is for geoscientists who are interested in practical knowledge and want to find out:

  • What is the best practice in designing a biogeochemical survey?
  • Which species to sample?
  • Which environment will this work in?
  • What spacing should I use?
  • Which companion media are recommended?
  • What deposit styles and mineralization types can be detected?
  • What problems could I face?
