2017 Victorian Student Travel Grant Program

Closing date for 2017 applications is Friday 4th August.

The Victorian State Branch of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists is offering several Travel Grants to students enrolled in a geoscience course at a Victorian university. The 2017 Travel Grants have a value of A$1000 and are funded by the volunteer efforts of the Victorian State Branch Committee.

Applicants must be current and financial Fellows, Members, Graduate Members or Student Members of the AIG at the closing date for applications. The 2017 Victorian Travel Grant guidelines and application form are available here.

Applicants should fill in the application form, complete with the requested signatures, and upload it in a zip file along with the documents requested in the guidelines. Applicants are also requested to fill in the fields below, so that we can confirm contact details and check we have received the relevant uploaded application documents.

The Travel Grant Awards are determined by the AIG Federal Education Committee and the AIG Victorian State Branch Committee based on the material provided by applicants. The decisions of the relevant AIG Committees are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
