Please note that the Zoom meeting starts at 5.30 pm, however you will be on hold until closer to 6.00 pm, when we finish setting up.
 

This will include the presentation of the AIG Distinguished Service Medal to Sam Lees

The AIG Medal is presented for sustained and outstanding service to the AIG through participation on Council, the Board and Committees over numerous years.

We are pleased to announce Sam Lees (a long term and well known SMEDGer) as an AIG Medal recipient and invite you to join us to congratulate Sam and celebrate his many achievements in support of the AIG.

 

The meeting will present the 2021 Geological Survey of New South Wales Annual Showcase, with speakers including:
Grant McLatchie GSNSW – 2021 Highlights
Mike Hallett GSNSW’s geophysical acquisition program – recent results and forward program
Phil Blevin Understanding the mineral systems of NSW and their footprints in time and space.
James Ballard New functionality and datasets available in MinView and phone apps

No registration is required for physical attendance.

Please note that registration is not required for the face to face meeting, however normal COVID rules will apply (that are applied by the Club):
  • Only double vaxxed people (or those with a valid exception) can attend, with proof either through the app, or hard copy
  • You will need to register on entry (either through the app or manually)
  • The Club suggests that you enter and register through the main Club entry
