We are delighted to have Michelle Ash, Barrick’s first Chief Innovation Officer, speak and share her perspectives on the topic “The link between innovation and diversity”. Michelle oversees the Company’s innovation strategy to drive productivity in the existing business as well as delivering alternative business models. Michelle was names in tee 2016 list of “100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining” by Women in Mining UK. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering and an Executive MBA from the Melbourne Business School.
